Buoy 10 Salmon Charter
Columbia River salmon fishing never disappoints!
Silver salmon return to their spawning grounds in the summer and Fall and must pass through the mouth of the Columbia River on their journey. Buoy 10 marks the westernmost boundary where this fishery begins, and extends to the eastern boundary upriver from the Astoria-Megler bridge.
The number of silver salmon varies from year to year, but remains one of the largest salmon seasons on the West coast. This means your chances of not only hooking but of limiting-out on the number of silvers you land is quite good.
Summer months also present some of the most enjoyable weather for a day on the water. Due to the popularity of booking a salmon fishing charter on the Columbia River, we recommend securing your spot on the boat with a down payment as you make your summertime and Fall plans.
